TMLabs Joins Forces with Coforge to Accelerate Global Growth and Drive ServiceNow Innovation
Sydney, Australia : TMLabs is proud to announce the next major milestone in our growth journey. We have officially joined Coforge, following the successful completion of Coforge’s acquisition of 100% equity in TMLabs Pty Ltd.
Coforge is a globally recognized digital services and solutions provider, renowned for its deep domain expertise, customer-first philosophy, and excellence in digital engineering, cloud transformation, and enterprise platforms. The firm has been present in Australia for over 20 years, with more than 30 active clients. Currently, it has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, with a presence across the region, including New Zealand.
This milestone marks the beginning of a new and exciting chapter for TMLabs—one that positions it to scale capabilities, deepen impact, and bring transformative innovation to its clients across the globe. By joining the Coforge family, TMLabs gains access to a wider international network, enhanced delivery capabilities, and expanded resources—while preserving the agility, innovation, and client focus that have always defined the organisation.
Coforge’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and long-term client success, combined with its global reach and deep digital capabilities, complements TMLabs’ strengths and vision of delivering advanced ServiceNow and cloud-based solutions across industries.
“This is a significant moment for TMLabs, and we couldn’t be more excited about what lies ahead. Coforge brings scale, global capability, and a cultural alignment that enables us to stay true to who we are while expanding our impact,” said Tobias Schwartz, Co-Founder of TMLabs. “Together, we’ll be able to offer more to our clients and continue building cutting-edge solutions with greater reach.”
Michael Starkey, Co-Founder of TMLabs, added: “From day one, our mission has been to build technology that matters—with purpose, precision, and people at the centre. Joining Coforge is a natural evolution of that mission. It’s an opportunity to grow without compromise and to deliver next-level outcomes at a global scale.”
On this development, Rahul Girotra, SVP & Regional Head, ANZ, Coforge, said, “ServiceNow is a strategic priority for Coforge, and the addition of TMLabs (which, like Coforge, is an Elite Partner of ServiceNow) significantly strengthens our capabilities in this space. Their deep domain expertise and industry-specific solutions enhance our ability to deliver greater value to clients, while also opening new growth avenues in healthcare and integrated risk management. This partnership brings strong synergy, minimal overlap, and substantial opportunities for cross-selling and innovation.”
Rahul added, “Australia is one of the Top 5 markets for us globally and is one of the big bets for the firm. We have 1400 consultants (40% offshore) and in FY25 the firm has organically grown by over 40%.”
